We are a 100% direct manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We have no agents or middlemen involved in your order. When you contact Alez Industry, you are speaking directly with the factory that will produce your garments.
Our MOQ is 20 pieces per design. This is designed specifically for startups, new brands, and product launches where testing the market before committing to large quantities is important.
Every piece in your order is physically inspected against your approved sample before packing. We check dimensions, stitching, print quality, color accuracy, and label placement. Anything that does not match the standard is corrected before dispatch.
Standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days for orders under 1,000 pieces, and 12 to 15 working days for larger runs. Rush production is available — contact us and we will give you an honest timeline based on current capacity.
We require a 70% advance payment to begin production, with the remaining 30% due before dispatch. We accept Bank Transfer (TT), PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, and Western Union.
Yes, fully. We offer complete private label manufacturing including custom woven labels, hang tags, care labels, sublimation branding, embroidery, custom packaging and polybag printing. Your brand name, your story — on every piece.
Yes. A physical sample is a standard part of our process. We produce your sample, ship it to you for approval, and only begin full production once you have confirmed the sample meets your requirements. Sample costs are typically credited against the full order.
