Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use our quote form, we receive your name, email address, brand or company name, country, the product and quantity you are interested in, and any project details you write. When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to share, including design files.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. It records pages visited, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, and the website that referred you. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. Our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare quotes, samples and orders
- To communicate with you about your order
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list unless you ask us to.
Service providers we use
- Web3Forms, which delivers quote form submissions to our email
- Google Analytics and Google Fonts (Google LLC)
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you contact us there
These providers may process data in countries outside Pakistan, including the United States.
Your designs and files
Artwork, logos and tech packs you send us are used only to quote and produce your order. We do not share them with other customers.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and order correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any order, and as required for our business and export records. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@alezindustry.com. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under data protection law, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children.
