Cutting and Pattern Department
Precision cutting using industry-standard patterns. Every panel is cut to exact specification — the foundation of a perfectly finished garment. All cuts are verified against your approved tech pack before stitching begins.
CAD Pattern Cutting Available
Sublimation Printing Unit
All-over sublimation printing with photographic quality output. Ideal for performance sportswear, team kits and activewear. Colors are embedded into the fabric — they do not crack, peel or fade even after hundreds of washes.
Full-color, All-over Printing
Screen Printing Department
Multi-color screen printing for bold, high-opacity graphics. Ideal for logos, team numbers, and branded graphics that require sharp edges and vibrant color. Works on cotton, polyester and blended fabrics.
Up to 8 Color Screens
Embroidery Department
12-head embroidery machines capable of high-density, multi-color designs on any fabric type. Used for logos on caps, chest embroidery on jerseys, and patch work on jackets. Files accepted in DST, EMB and PES formats.

Quality Control and Finishing
Every piece goes through a structured quality inspection before packing. Checklist items include dimensions, stitching integrity, print quality, color matching, label placement and overall finish. Pieces that do not pass are corrected before dispatch — no exceptions.

Step 01
Design Review
We review your tech pack or sketch and clarify all specifications before production begins.
Step 02
Raw Material
Fabric and trims are sourced to exact specification — weight, composition, color and finish all confirmed before cutting.
Step 03
Cutting
Panels cut to exact pattern specifications. Every piece measured and verified before moving to the next stage.
Step 04
Printing
Sublimation, screen printing or heat transfer applied to panels before assembly, ensuring seamless all-over coverage.
Step 05
Stitching
Panels assembled by specialist operators on dedicated stitching lines. Each operator checks the previous step before adding theirs.
Step 06
Embroidery
Logos and detailing added using our 12-head embroidery machines. Density and color verified against approved file.
Step 07
QC Inspection
Every piece measured and checked against the approved sample. Stitching, print, embroidery, labels and dimensions all verified.
Step 08
Pack and Dispatch
Custom-branded packaging applied. Order packed, labelled and dispatched via your preferred courier with full tracking.
