Our standard construction uses a 100% cotton twill outer fabric (typically 8 oz weight) with high-density buckram interfacing in the front two panels — ensuring the cap holds its iconic snapback structure even after extended wear and washing. Wool blend, polyester and performance fabric options are all available.
Embroidery That Looks Premium
The front panel is the prime branding location for any cap. Our 12-head embroidery machines handle high-density designs up to 15,000 stitches with multi-color thread combinations. Both flat embroidery and 3D puff embroidery are available — 3D puff creates a raised logo effect that is unmistakably premium.
Built to Last
Snapback caps are subjected to harder wear than most apparel — daily handling, sun exposure, sweat, and frequent shape adjustment. Every detail is engineered for durability: reinforced six-panel stitching, a plastic snap closure that resists breakage, an internal sweatband that wicks moisture, and a stiff brim that resists curling.
