What Is OEM?

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. In the context of sportswear, it means you provide the design and the manufacturer produces it exactly to your specification.

You bring the creative vision — the cut, the fabric, the colors, the logo placement, the technical details. The factory brings the production capability to turn that vision into a finished garment.

What Is ODM?

ODM stands for Original Design Manufacturer. This means the factory already has existing patterns and designs that you can customize with your branding.

Instead of starting from scratch, you choose from the manufacturer's existing templates and add your logo, your colors, and your labels. The base design is theirs; the brand identity is yours.
