To begin the development process, clients are requested to provide their designs in AI or EPS file formats, along with PMS Pantone color codes to ensure accurate color matching. Our team carefully reviews all submitted artwork and prepares it for production, aligning each detail with the approved specifications. Throughout the process, our dedicated merchandisers remain in close coordination with you, reaching out whenever clarification is needed to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution before moving into production and delivery.

1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer with our own factory and dedicated teams ensuring comprehensive support in sales, design, quality control, and after-sales service.
2. Do I have to order a minimum quantity?
No, our low Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 20 pieces is designed to support new and growing brands.
3. Where are you located? Can I visit your factory?
Our company, Alez Apparel, is located in Pakistan. You are welcome to visit our factory at any time with prior appointment.
4. What are your payment terms?
We require a 70% advance payment to start production. The remaining balance and shipping charges are payable before shipment.
We accept payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer, Ria, MoneyGram, and Western Union. PayPal is recommended for new collaborations due to added security.
5. How do you maintain long-term cooperation with your clients?
We focus on delivering high-quality products, competitive pricing, transparent communication, and professional consulting to support long-term partnerships.
6. When can I expect my order to be completed?
Production usually takes 7–10 days for orders below 1,000 pieces and 12–15 days for larger quantities. Timelines may vary for complex designs or custom workmanship.

Yes, we provide full private labeling services including custom labels, tags, packaging, and branding solutions.
8. Do you manufacture clothing with sustainability in mind?
